I let it go til it started smelling REAL ripe, but damn was it good after roasting.

Believe me, I was skeptical as hell too, but me and another buddy both did it and it worked! I think I did a 5 lb. one. You have to change out the cheesecloth every so often. You'd need to check the interwebs for the procedure.

Just got back from Publix with 7 steaks, might have to swing by Kroger to stock up some more tomorrow.

If you don’t like the businesses policy’s, don’t give them your money. Truthfully I’ve never understood why anyone would open carry in the first place.

Truthfully It is a 'RIGHT' carry an ugly black rifle if you want I myself don't care
