I’ve literally seen black and white do this at the Hiram and Dallas Hwy stores . I carry nitrile gloves , if I see them dump it , I’ll throw it in an open window . If no windows available , I’ll throw it on the windshield and make sure it gets smeared around ! BUT ONLY IF I SEE THEM DUMP IT ! Not uncommon to see dirty diapers in a parking lot in anyplace in Hiram . It’s ghetto west anymore . Live on a pretty busy short cut road , every 2 days can almost fill a grocery plastic bag with crap . I hate people !

The aggrevation is exponentially increased due to the close proximity of trash cans in the parking lot or at the entrance. I wish you could shoot people that do this parking lot dump of their crap in the parking lot or on the road. You just know they add no value whatsoever to society and usually are raising other little mewly mouthed leeches.
We had this growing up along with Smoky the Bear. In hind sight, maybe a little guvmint propaganda and brain washing is OK. If it's for education and produces a better, kinder, gentler knuckle dragger.
