Question about an advertising banner

The banners are smart (really), the ads are customized to you based on your searches..which I find a little intrusve but that how things are these days. If you go to Amazon and search for something specific then you'll see sites with Amazon ads highlighting what you had searched. For me, I was looking at flights yesterday and now Airtran has a banner ad on here nearly every page I go to on ODT.

yeah, he's better than brownells but i seen him i know 14,657,842 times today!!

If you look close enough , he twitches when the ad is up. . . no kidding!!

I think you can delete your cookies and browsing history in your browser. that should get rid of the "personalized" banners. but then you might get ads for tampons or something odd like that.
