Question for you reloaders

when it comes to bullets there are several ways to go. buy name brand and pay big bucks. buy cast and pay a little less. cast your own and buy casting equipment. or,,,,, what i have found is you can buy from roze distribution/zero bullets. the lowest deal going on jacket pistol bullets. their shipping is free too. zero bullets are cheaper than name brand and cast bullets. for 223 bullets look for bulk packs of military pull down/over run bulletts.

Where do you fellas buy your bullets?
I'm looking for 200grn RNFP for 45 Colt mainly but also load 9mm, 45acp, 223 rem. and fixin to start loading 357mag.
I've been getting lead bullets from Cheaper Than Dirt but I'm sure there's a better deal out there somewhere. I've checked several places but shipping is steep at most of them.
Any ideas or anything to help would be appreciated.

This is what I buy for shooting pistol matches. Chandler makes a good product and the prices are right. Sometimes I am able to tke delivery at a match and then I usually get a match discount too. If you ship buy the insurance. And buy in the bulk. I have asked him to make a 38 148 GR DEWC, but in fairness his business is geared towards competition. The 45 200 SWC and I run the 9mm 147 grainer's in pistol and revolver.

I usually shop around, I've had good luck getting reloading supplies at gun shows, also midway gives you a discount around your birthday so I usually do a bulk buy around then. I've come across some good deals on here too.

Summers is the cheapest, but they don't have .45 LC bullets.

Missouri Bullet Company is always a good stand-by. Might be able to beat the price, but probably won't the quality and service. Plus look around and get the 5% off coupon.

Bayou Bullets are good... and they run sales like every single week it looks like from their emails.

I have to say though that the FMJs at Rocky Mountain Reloading are super cheap. That's a new one to me; I bookmarked it.

Penn Bullets has some interesting options (240 gr. .357, for example, for bowling pins).

GT Bullets makes interesting bullets, in Atlanta, if you want lead hollowpoints.

290 gr. Lead SWC HP.

Get on a bunch of email mailing lists, and you'll get offers offers offers.

I haven't bought bullets at gun shows in 20 years... There used to be Summit and Magnus with truckloads of bullets at the shows, but no longer.

summers bullets are great! Those .452” bullets he sells would be perfect in 45 colt! He can also custom size them for you. I’ve shot thousands and thousands of his bullets with great accuracy and zero issues. Cheap too
