Question on SilencerShop process

For my first real foray with this outfit, I've got 6 cans awaiting approval. Certified last Friday. My question is, since these do not show on my Eforms, will I get an email or notification when it/they are approved? My FFL/SOT is a busy guy so I don't expect him to stay up on it as much as I will.

Nothing will ever show up on your e-forms page. When they’re approved, you’ll get an email as well as your dealer, they send it to both of you at once.

Was hoping to get it on the short approvals. But these are in a trust and from what I can tell that's still taking a while.
I've heard that about the Ruggeds in general. Tight tolerances and carbon lock. I've got a good heated bath ultra sonic cleaner. Probably toss the baffles in to loosen them up a bit and then put them back in once apart. Looks like Reddit (of all places) has some good cleaner recipes as well.
