i was going to say they would just be delivered by an atf agent looking for a compatible reciever in your house!
If you had an unregistered receiver that could accept an auto sear, it would be illegal all by itself without the parts kit.
i should have clarified. i meant that they would look for any reciever that looks like it might be able to be made to fit into.
