I did Quick Weight Loss almost 18 years ago. It was over $600 back then for a few months' support. IMO, too expensive.
I have lost 44 pounds since 2/25/2013 by just writing down everything I eat so as to stay under 1,000 calories, but still eat 3 x per day minimum. Everything I eat is fresh, not processed, cooked by myself and I have no condiments, no butter, no bread, no rice, no potatos (you get it?). It is not fun, but it is not hard if you have strong willpower. I have OCD and control freak issues, so it's easy for me. I just look at it as something else I can totally control.
