Anybody else here eat it? My wife has been making several different dishes with it and they've all tasted good so far. And turns out, its an emotional support food. Every day between and 9:15, I feel better.

I was recently diagnosed as type 2 diabetic. I have been looking for recipes for this. I will eat most anything but this is something I have never tried.
goes really good with a Jekyll IPA or two
When I don't have any actual food I'll mix it with some brown rice, diced tomatoes, some seasoning and cheese. It's pretty decent.
