Is run time simply total time from start to finish minus any wait time?
The reason I ask is it says the shotgun stage is not timed, but it has burpees, so could someone not just take all the time they wanted on the burpees and not have to worry about a time penalty or is that still factored into run time, just not shoot time?

Its typically elapsed start to finish minus wait minus time shooting. If the bonus stage isnt timed for shooting, it will be in the run time, I would imagine.
