Real estate agent in Towns County?

I have a doublewide on 1.49 acres in Towns County that I want to sell.

Checking in to see if anyone knows a good agent thats local.

Im tired of being a landlord and since I finally got the latest non paying deadbeat renters out, Im selling.

It needs some work, so its gonna be an "as is" sale.

Im not fixing it , again, unless there is major money to be made.

Its a dump, but there is nothing listed in Towns county under $200K and this will be about $75K, so hopefully it will sell fast.

I can post a few pics here
Just visualize a 25 year old doublewide with a soft floor in the laundry room and a tarp on a corner of the roof cause a section of the roof is soft and leaks .

The lot is a sunny flat hilltop location on a paved dead end county road , has county water and a septic system

It got new insulation in the walls and ceiling and new Sheetrock and kitchen cabinets a few years ago .
