You better squirt them with apply juice about every 45 minutes. Love my RecTec!

Haven't tried pineapple juice yet. Interesting take on keeping them moist. Are you cooking on a 340?

3 hrs on and just got thru mopping on brown sugar,pineapple juice, and butter and will cook 2 hrs. wrapped in foil with all that juice in, on and around them, after that will unfoil and put on my homemade BBQ sauce and cook another 1 hr. Call it the 3,2,1 cook. at about 225 degrees.
Looks mighty fine!
After 2 hours with the mop on, unwrap put my sauce on and cook another hour.
