I had trees removed from my backyard. Excavating to push over one of the last trees snagged some PVC with septic water. The tree was removed and the roots were entangled in some sort of black fabric.
I called one outfit who said they would get back with me in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later they said someone would 'reach out to me' in another 48 hours! I told them not to bother, and cancel my call.
