Reloading Deer and Varmint loads

Hi All.. thinking of getting back into reloading...
Give me your best Deer and Varmint hunting loads that you've come up with..
include the Cartridge it's for too. Please

308 with 168gr Berger classic hunter 44.5 grains of Varget
300 win with 185 gr Berger classic hunter, H4350 and i forget how much

In the 30-06 and in .308 I usually hunt with 180gr soft points. I normally go with mid range loads with no issue.
