We have had this in our family for as long as I can remember (over 50 years) It is an older Remington Side by Side 12 gauge the serial is 115578 which does not correspond to Rems data base. It has a 30" barrel that appears Damascus(?). My dad tells me it's a 1900, but this is the same guy who told me the Easter Bunny was real...
Any help of value would be appreciated he is wanting me to Sail it for him... Thanks

My father in law gave my wife one of these to sell when she first when to collage, for some money. She researched it on that site it was a pretty rare 1894 EOO grade Pidgeon gun. She put it up for auction at James d Julia and got 10 grand for it......

If this one is worth half of that I am just fine... Not getting my hopes up... These shotgun guys are a different breed and this ol' double needs a new home.
