Thought you was on to something with the bug spray (never heard of using it to remove paint), but I couldn't believe the acetone didn't do the trick.

This morning I can confirm that the slide is still tennifer treated. It has a tungston cerakote appearance and looks really good. The extractor however which I guess is not tennifer treated was orange this morning.
I missed a bunch of spots. Don't care. Put my suppressor sights on it this morning, ordered a threaded barrel for it last night. Stuck my TLR-1 on it and at current moment it is IWB on my right hip.
I have to pick up a set of suppressor sights for my 19
They rock. I took them off my 17 which is why my 17 is now listed with its threaded barrel. Part of me thinks I should order another set of suppressor sights for the 17 and keep both as hosts, but I can't bring myself to own two 9mm Glocks.
