Great area to stay in and these prices are way below average, we just got back from a week within 1/4 mile from this place and it is great, International waterway on one side and Gulf on the other, no partying kids, great restaurants and lots of places to visit. Caught 2 sharks in waist deep water on the Gulf beach at the Federal park at the east end of the Key so keep in mind if planning a long swim in the gulf.
