Replying Attachments Not Working

On my iPhone when I respond to messages or in a forum the top bar has no options. I cannot put in a link, picture, video, adjust text, etc.
I have included a screen shot of the issue I’m describing. Any suggestions?

What happens if you click this button?

Nothing the message header is still locked out.

What browser are you using? I’m trying to recreate it.

I think a lot of folks are having this issue so I appreciate you posting about it, hopefully we can get it figured out.

Laptop is fine using Microsoft Edge
iPhone 13 Pro Max not working using Safari

I just switched to chrome browser on my iPhone and I’m still getting the same results.

Can you try clicking the 3 vertical dots on the far right side? Then click the little brackets and see if that fixes it.
