restored 1930s auto repair shop

heres the documentation of a guy thats restoring a auto & farm machinery shop that was constructed in the late 20s
and apparently was abandoned in the 60s with all the tools and parts

he has to be a heck of a guy, to tackle something like that !

and to spend all the time and effort and money to preserve and restore the tools and the building.
that had to cost more than just knocking it down and starting over.

data plate on the lift said it was manufactured in 1927 or 8
and theres pics of the guy removing the floor and the lift and restoring it all to working condition and re installing it back in the ground.
