1) reverse 411 doesn't work on cell phones
2) he probably uses a throw away phone.
3) qpublic and Spokeo are much easier than trip to tax commissioner.

I wasn't aware of those other sources but I can tell you that reverse 411 works on cell phones as the only numbers I have ever done that with we're cell phones unless people drive around with house phones. That is why if you do that to me you will get Mickey mouse at 1 world dr. Orlando fl. (straighttalk rules )
P.S. you don't have to go to the tax commissioners office it is all available online. It don't get easier than that.

My diabolical vigilante plan is as follows
1.) meet "Tank"
2.) see if IMEI matches
3.) if it does, tell Mr. Tank to follow me to the bank
4.) call the police on the way to the bank AND PRAY TO GOD THAT THE POLICE RESPOND FAST ENOUGH BEFORE I GET TO THE BANK.

I am not delusional in thoughts of revenge or self justice. I pay my taxes for police services just like everyone else, why not use them.

dang it read the hole thing and got nothing.

on another note you don't have to go to the tax commissioners office to do a look up. just do it online type the county your looking for and tax assessors. you can do a search by name, address etc.
