Have heard of Red Hawk, but never have shot one. Can you order a complete rifle or do you order a kit and assemble?

They make complete custom rifles, but the one in that pic is a semi custom that they used to make based on a stock, but tuned, Remington action and barrel. The cost of that rifle with a NF 20MOA rail and a Badger bolt handle added was only $1185.00 shipped and is it the most accurate rifle I own. They built them in several calibers, both long and short action, with a variety of stock designs and colors to choose from.

Unfortunately, they have stopped making these rifles. I called and asked about it and they said they may start again sometime in the future.

They also do accurization of your rifle. I sent my already accurate 338 Lapua to them and they turned it into the closest thing to a bug hole maker a 338 can be. Way under half MOA.

Hmmm. I just checked their site and they aren't selling any complete rifles anymore. Not even full custom and no receivers, either. Looks like their might be a problem with the ATF. But that's just a guess.

No, but the results is very clean. It might be a different material than standard glass, too. But hard to tell.
