Yeah they did not mention that part, and if he did sell the gun illegally, it would seem to be a major dumb dumb move to contact the ATF...

Sounds like the store manager really got the shaft...I don't know how such he was being paid for the manager position, but I guess it wasn't enough...Perhaps his lawyer managed to get him off the hook but at what cost?

Sucks for that guy. I still can't tell if he was trying to get one over on the atf. I doubt it though, since he had it on display, for sale and posted pics on FB.

Of course if I ever had the (mis) fortune of coming across some awesome rifle (come on mp5), I'd certainly report it right away.
