BTW: You can shoot Bolt action all day long. At this match a 1895 7MM Chileno Mauser won. Good Grief.

What’s the course of fire for the bolt action and Garand matches?

Its all the same. 20 Prone, 10 Rapid Sitting , 10 Slow off hand , 10 Rapid Prone. I forget the exact order...but everyone goes at the same time.

Course of Fire(all stages shot at 200yrds on the NRA SR Target):
Minimum of 55 rounds of ammunition required, participants must provide their own ammunition.
Stage 1 - Slow fire, prone, maximum of 5 sighting shots followed by 20 record shots, time limit of 25 minutes. Shooter must inform scorekeeper before starting record shots.
Stage 2 - Rapid fire, prone from standing, 10 record shots, time limit of 80 seconds.
Stage 3 - Rapid fire, sitting from standing, 10 record shots, time limit of 70 seconds.
Stage 4 - (JCG, SPR, MVB, UGM, CFM) Slow fire, standing, 10 record shots, time limit of 10 min.
