yep. i will be there with a table under the American flag... it will be a crap show, no private sales... but i will throw a bunch of stuff on the table and hang out. will be setting up around 2 or so today... need some parts for a ar10 i am building...

but a lot of people bring up stuff and walk around.. what they told ne was no private sales. so no private collection tables, no private sales at all...

I am told me that nothing has changed. Not RK's policies, not regulating what people sell or how, nothing. Further, there is nothing on RK's website that indicates any changes or restrictions on private sales.

As always, you are responsible for adhering to state and federal laws when attending, selling, buying at or exhibiting at a gun show.

I will be there and I may even walk a rifle or two around the show depending on the "mood."

Bambi.. i called and checked with them.. not on the site is one thing, but thats what i was told by the people who put the show on... we will see what happens, its no skin off my butt. i only have a couple of old shotguns that want to sell... i will update tonight when i get home.. i will ask when we are setting up... they may have backed down, or its just gonna be a surprise ..

Yep, called themselves and confirmed that due to the new Biden law, they are saying no private sales. That any individual needs to communicate with a FFL @ the show to get a cost of running a background and 4473.

They won't be able to enforce this rule themselves but they are saying any firearms transfer needs to be conducted with a background check.
