Yes the red dot and vertical grip come with it. It will also come with a soft case and three steel mags. Im not going to bs you and tell you I know the round count, but from the looks of it, the count is pretty low. If I recall correctly, I have run about 5 mags through it (I took another ar15 to the range when I shot it, so I am not exactly sure) and it shot great, just like my other RRA. Thanks
