1 cup Paprika
1/2 cup Light Brow Sugar
1/4 Cup Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1/8 cup Garlic Powder
1/8 cup Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Cumin
Chipotle Seasoning to taste About 1 tbsp. for me
Crushed Red Pepper to taste About 1 tbsp. for me
Some people add about 1 tbsp. of Cinnamon but that is up to you.
Mix paprika and brown sugar until there are no clumps then mix in the rest. Cover generously and let set overnight if possible. Pull the ribs out about an hour prior to putting them on the grill.
