Rude people piss me off

What is the deal with people acting like they own the World or the World owes them a favor?
Went to dinner tonight with the wife,my son his wife and my grandson. Friday night place was packed out, that is to be expected. I pulled to the front door to drop them off and off to the left is a guy sitting in his car,slouched down in the seat with the window half down. A couple trying to leave pulls out behind him but he is blocking the driveway. The driver flashes his lights and the guy in the car sticks his arm out and waves them around. No way he can go around the guy, who has been sitting there for several mins. I roll down my window and said, hey man no way he can go around you,you are blocking the driveway, c'mon man that is just rude. Well hero is having none of that talk so he gets out of his car and walks towards mine. I told him, hey dude get back in your car man.
You talking to me? Yes I am, you do not want to do this just get back in your car man. F u, you got a problem? Yeah Thats what I thought. I smiled,said sir you have no idea,you have a nice night.


Why? What is the issue with showing some common courtesy to people? WTF!!! If you don't want to be treated like a thug,don't act like one. Don't start none wont be none. Rant over.

LOL I wanted to,believe me I did. There was a time,not too long ago when I would have gotten out of the car and explained my position with more clarity. However, as I get older, and I hope wiser. I have come to realize that I was that guy once upon a time and I am sure more than one man let it slide rather than stomp my arse into the pavement. But I sure wanted to. This is the number one reason I did not own a handgun in my younger years,I would have used it out of anger rather than defense. Woo saaahh Yeah I shoulda just kicked his ass and let him wear it for a hat for a few days.

I could write a book about the motive behind incidences like this but it would be ridiculed mercilessly. I'll give it another decade and we'll see how many people start to adjust their worldview.

I'm glad you and the family are o.k. and you didn'thave to do something I know you didn't want to.

As ive gotten older ive become way more patient with stupid people like this especially with my family's around. Yes people just have no clue what we're capable of when really pushed. i'd hate to be brought to the point, but hey thats why we carry. People are dumb!
