I have a brown laminate stocked 77/17Hornet I might rehome as well. The stock was a limited Davidson run before the latest, but unobtanium, Green Mountain stocks without the headspace issues of the later model.
3650 FPS at the muzzle
And 2 boxes of Hornady to go with.
It's accurate like a laser at 300 yds.
And I will be traveling to Cleveland tomorrow and Wenesday.....

It has been mentioned several times that there was a special green laminated 1022 stainless made for Walmart.
Are there any historians out there that know whether they did a special green laminated stainless mini-14 as well??

Yes they did!

I've only ever seen two of them.

Wish I had one!

Old post on RF.net.
I bought all mine from the same older Wal Mart in AZ. All with green/black laminated stocks, 10/22, 10/22 Mannlicher International and Mini 14. Bought a used International laminated 10/22 and sold the stock for more than I paid for the NIB one. :)

I was just posting the link to show that it did exist. I wasn't trying to claim that it was available.

I expected to like this 5.7x28 when I bought it.
Finally got the opportunity to put 3 mags full through it today and I like it Way More than imagined.
Accurate (with supplied pop ups) super low recoil (as 5.7 is known for) and ran flawlessly with 40 gr V-max that came with the deal.
Can't wait to get out and shoot it again soon.
Deciding on what optic to go with.
