I meant, if you're going to shoot someone know who you're shooting. I can think of multiple scenarios how this happened. None of them were accidents. They were all due to negligence. Some by the shooter, some by the victim, some by both.Cooper's Rule #4, last but not least,
is to know your target and what lies beyond it.
Rule #1 says to treat every gun you encounter as if it were fully loaded.
