Ryobi Table Saw. Working condition with a few issues

I have a small Ryobi table saw in working condition. I can't get the blade to go back up square. I am tired of fighting with it I am sure someone here can fix it and use it. If it isn't gone by this weekend I am going to pull the motor from it and scrap the table.
