S&W .32 in box value

So this came out of an estate sale and I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on its value. The nickel finish on the pistol is rough, as seen in photos. Otherwise, the pistol functions fine. Thanks

I suggest you post this on the S&W forum where helpful, knowledgeable folks will give you honest values rather than a flipper’s lowball offer. That box may be more valuable than the revolver, due to the poor finish.

It's a shooter in a more or less obsolete caliber. Might get $250 for it. If it were in nice condition with the box and docs it would be worth a good bit more but it is rough.

my DIL has her father's very similar gun, I have shot it and it is a fun shooter.
