Looks like it's a Ruger AR-556 (AR15) and a 10/22

It is the 556 and it has the flip up sights and if you're nice to the manager and buy 12 guns in the last month they will swap the black mag it comes with for the fde mag off the shelf. It the manager really likes you he won't charge you the $2 difference either. I got this deal today and I'm very satisfied. The 10/22 has the scope mount rail and everything. Don't forget to grab a nice 25 rd mag for the 10/22. The gun guys at the Academy in Gainesville always give me great customer service and don't mind me inspecting the heck out of the gun first. I recommend them. And at 5:30 today they had 5 left
