"If I'm going to have to sell at a pawn shop price, then I will take it to a pawn shop and have a smooth quick transaction instead of a Facebook Marketplace experience."I'll give you $450 for the 239. that's prolly better than a pawn shop.

Yeah got put out here see what u gotAny pawn shop will give you 1/2-2/3rds what they can sell a gun for.
Price it here like that and it’ll sell
This will be at least $1000-1100 retail at a pawn shop. For $750-900 sure it's a deal for both buyer and seller. For low ball prices might as well get the convenience of selling to a pawn shop and let the small business owner pawn shop make money from the public. The counterargument is that someone within the community got a gun cheaper than if they had bought the same gun via a pawn shop.
You however, got the same amount of money.
Of course, that's the trick to right-pricing the gun - you get a bit more for the gun than you would have got from a pawn shop, the buyer gets it for a bit (or a lot less) than they would have paid at the pawn shop, and the community is enriched by two people trading voluntarily and no 4473's have been filled out.
Everyone is new here at one time and you are welcome to meet me at an FFL. Go to a yard sale if you want crap for pennies. So, what’s the point of this thread then? Price your **** how you want and hope like hell it sells. Be careful of 0-0 people… they’re sketchy as ****.
