Saltwater fish ID help

Caught this on the bottom in about 60 ft of water near Phillips Inlet. I'm going to try and add
a pic from my cell phone. The two bumps are his eyes and it looks like he walks on the bottom with his fins.

I've always heard them called a "croaker" or toad fish. But thats prob just the old redneck name for them.
