Sam the cooking guy

I ran across this guy on youtube the other day while looking for a recipe. This is my favorite cooking show now and maybe my favorite tv show.

The guy's pretty funny and nothing is scripted. He will make a mistake, let off a bunch of cuss words and keep cooking. Just like I do while cooking sometimes.
