Two federal judges said we can deny or demand firearm ownership. The judges allowed a city ordinance in Illinois to ban the ownership of modern rifles. It also bans ammunition magazines that hold than 10 cartridges.

It basically makes the claim that the 2nd amendment can be denied by a city based on the fact that they can demand citizens exercise their second amendment "right". There is more to it than that as they quoted the Heller decision but seem to omit the strict scrutiny as required when determining citizen's "rights".

Yep they are that ignorant of the constitutionality of this perception.

AH....see I read the following and thought...what else is new? Now I have read it all and am thinking....WTH happened to the Constitution?

The same ruling could also allow a city to require firearms ownership

Now that they can legally require us to buy health insurance, the courts opened the door to allowing the govt. to require us to buy anything they want.

My opinion of course.
