Nice... my guess is that these are 50 cal or so and not the "bombs".

Bought some at an Army-Navy store in the early 60s, gave them to a friend who collects military stuff. Most people couldn't guess what they were.

My Dad called them Yellow Dog Bombs.

Yeah I’ve heard them called a couple different things usually
followed by dogs...haha.

Man I’d hate to get pinged in the head with one from 10,000 feet.

I remember the surplus stores having crates of these things. They were stupid cheap, a few cents each.
