Scorpions in GA?

Get them regularly in and around my house. Found one in my shirt for the first time last week. Most end up in a sticky trap.

Had them in my basement in Blue Ridge, bug spray gets them easily. Had a 3-4” go all the way to the 3rd floor tub one time. Glad I didn’t step on him in the dark!

When my daughter first moved into her house in Canton some years ago, scorpions greeted her daily for several months before exterminators finally encouraged them [the scorpions] to relocate. Thanks

I’m 63 and I’ve been seeing them from Smyrna and North my entire life. They’re here but not an over abundance in most area. Jasper was the worst growing up.

I grew up in talking rock, me and the wife lived in marble hill before buying out house out here in fairmount. Got stung several times at night in marble hill. Awful way to wake up, we still get them in our house out here in fairmount. Cinnamon keeps them away though if you sprinkle it around the house. If I catch one I put it in a cup and burn it. Send it back to hell where it came from. Scorpions are the devils spawn.

I have seen them my whole life in Ga. I would take ten scorpion stings over one yellow jacket

Aint the same as they are Out West, but they live all through the South, whether Southeast or Southwest.
