Screen breakup when I hit the smilies button

The whole screen goes crazy when I try to use the smilies button.

It's been doing it occasionally on here for about a month, but now it's Everytime

No other websites or forums do it .

It pretty much disables any action n the open window ,then goes black.

It's an Android tablet and I've erased the cookies & stuff

Does either one have a Screenshot or Screencast option on the Android pull-down menu? That might help capture what's happening.

It disables my tablet till the window is closed.

I took the image above with another tablet.

The smaller windows shuffle and flash .

It happens about 95% of the time when I try to use the smilies ,but hasn't did it any other time.
