see through black box ad on bottom of page

every time i go to a classified ad, this clear back box fills the bottom of my screen that is empty except for a button the right top that you have to click on to close it.
is this some security measure or something, it doesn't not show up on any other site, nor the main forum menu on the odt

Happened to me on every page. I ran the registry fix program and restarted the computer. It's still there.

I get it every now and then as well. I am on a I Mac at home.

Windows pc, FireFox. Pretty sure updates could be done and didn't try with ie. No problems on the phone.
