Sell my SBR to an individual...?

I am assuming this is an AR. If so I would encourage you to sell everything but the lower. You are losing money big time when you sell a SBR. You can sell the upper and even the components of the lower.

Then when you are back on your feet financially you can rebuild the SBR.

this is what I was thinking. sell the upper but keep the lower.

If I were looking for an sbr i'd probably want to find an upper and form1 a lower of my choosing.
