Seller Lied on Property Disclosures

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. We recently purchased a house and after 2 months it's evident the seller lied on multiple things on the property disclosure. We are considering suing but I do not know what type of lawyer I should contact or if you have any recommendations.

Can you prove it beyond a reasonable doubt? I'd talk to a real estate attorney. (Did you have one at closing? If so, who were they hired by? If your realtor or seller I'd look for someone else.)

Thanks for responding! I understand suing sellers is pretty hard in GA. But there are things they marked "no" on that are visibly a "yes" especially considering they lived here for 5 years. There's no way they didn't know about it.

and you don't need to prove that they knew, you just have to make a reasonable case that they SHOULD have known.

Would contact the company that did the pre-sale inspection to find out why these issues were not included in the pre-sale report.
