Continuing on my upper build quest. In real-world practical application of a low-pro gas block being installed completely covered by a handguard, is there any difference between:
1. Set-screw gas block installed with the barrel dimpled correctly across from gas port.
2. Clamp-on gas block.
I've heard theory that the clamp is stronger or less likely to cause barrel distortion, but wanted to see you guys' thoughts.
