This 'she crab soup' is new to me... but sounds delicious.

When I first saw the thread title, I thought for sure it was a Dungeoness crab recipe.

Wife makes it when we're at the beach. Pretty simple only 4 or 5 ingredients including sherry.

Never tried to make it at home, but i too order it without a doubt. 100% of the time. Crabdaddys in St Simmons Ga has amazing she crab soup.

I love some she crab soup and lobster bisque. Hyman's in Charleston makes both and they're delicious!
