SHIPPING A SHOTGUN

Have it transfered via FFL as planned. Pick it up from your FFL in Georgia, take it to your residence in GA and your done. It can stay as long as you do. However, since it's a shockwave, I would certainly look into NJ's awful gun laws before transporting it back. May not be legal there, but it is in Georgia. Also, if you've never handled this shotgun, careful with high brass and magnum loads. For inexperienced folks the lack of a stock creates a real lack of muzzle discipline. That thing will jump all over the place and it would be easy to accidentally hit a friendly if God forbid you ever had to use it in self defense. Pick up some of the Aquila 1 3/4" mini shells to lesson the jump but still retain effective self defense capability. The shockwave should cycle those minishells without feed issues. Best of luck.

To cycle the mini shells you need the OpSol doohickey that shortens the feed port. Otherwise they are hit or miss.
