Shipping ammo

I once shipped a box of 7.62x54r using UPS. I disclosed what it was and the proper identification was written on the box. The packing job I did was top notch and it wouldn’t have broken open. When the buyer received it he stated that the box had been completely cut open and destroyed, but the ammo was all accounted for. Nothing was missing, but it seems like someone decided to slice it open and have a gander or something. That was the last time I would follow that procedure.
