It's a good quality video taken by a construction worker from across the street.

He's saying on FB that several news agencies are trying to get it from him.

It doesn't show the perp but it does show his car and the LEO's closing in, shooting and then retreating as they realize there may be explosives in his car.

If you know him, I'd recommend he take it down off facebook if he wants it to have any value or any negotiating leverage. fb terms of service may give them license to sell it and cut him out.

He was scheduled to do a trade on here with a resident LEO. LEO pulled out a BOS at the meet. This is payback.

The guy was apparently in court over gun and drug charges.. or scheduled to be in court over them. I would have thought that would be enough to have your firearms confiscated until the case was resolved.

In the interview with his former attorney, she said he was charged with possession of marijuana, intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm while committing a felony.

Also, he was known as a gun trader that bought and sold at gun shows.
