Should I Bitch, New Knife w/ Small Blade Roll/ bur

I just got a Cold Steel SR1 lite from Amazon...there is a small roll/ bur on the blade....you can torally feel it....sure it will come out when I have to sharpen it buuut...could it be signs to come?

I may just return it...get a new one or fck it and get a CS Recon 1 ... The SR1 lite is a beast...JoeX on YouTube made me get it! b/c of how it did on his insane torture tests..

Dang.. it was from Amazon Services too.. apparently, not some reseller...and that clamshell packaging was no joke lol. I'm thinking its leaving back to where it came.
