Ok here's the deal I've been offered a keltec .380 for my marlin .17hmr. My question is should I go through with the trade or hang on to the .17? I personally feel like the .17 is kind of a useless round in south Ga. I like my gun just never use it. I would most likely carry the keltec when I am wearing lighter clothes so it would get some use. My EDC is a S&W M&P .40c and I love her dearly and don't think I would replace her I would just give her a little bit of rest. Idk what to do you guys enlighten me please.

I had a 17 and I didn't like it. Made a hole like a bb gun. My 22 takes care of plinking and any small game. I would prefer the 380, but I don't know the values. I wouldn't lose money on it.

I'd do it. not allot of people own them so Walmart should almost always have ammo for it and it's a powerful mini-round. I've watched videos on youtubes of guys taking down hogs with the .17 .
