I was about to say it that wasn't too high of a bar...lol
Downside is that I need new tires, they only lasted 20k miles.
And yes, Chevrolet isn't a very high bar at all.

A sharp handling light weight sports car, changing tires often come with the territory especially if you are using them for what they are made for...Downside is that I need new tires, they only lasted 20k miles.

I suppose. My GMC 4x4 eats the BFG All Terrains about every 25k. They last 50-60k on my Ford and Dodge.A sharp handling light weight sports car, changing tires often come with the territory especially if you are using them for what they are made for...

I get less than a year out of a set on my SUV. 295/40-21. About 20k miles out of a set. Heavy car with a lot of torque and I tend to drive it a bit “spirited”. At least with this one I can rotate them. Last SUV had 315’s in the rear and 295’s in the front. Twin turbo v10 diesel. At least it had awd. 😂I suppose. Pesky GM again..lol....I shouldn't be so critical of Chevrolet, they do have one redeeming quality in that wonderful Roadster they make...the Corvette....I suppose. My GMC 4x4 eats the BFG All Terrains about every 25k. They last 50-60k on my Ford and Dodge.![]()
Honestly never had a GM product that wasn't pretty good. I've had more Fords than anything. Some good, some badPesky GM again..lol....I shouldn't be so critical of Chevrolet, they do have one redeeming quality in that wonderful Roadster they make...the Corvette....
Yea, I definitely like to rotate tires when needed. The GMC has a 8.1L/496 CU IN big block, Allison dump truck tranny with 373 posi. I never knew the 302 to be a Cleveland. Only the 351. My long timer current for is the 460 in a F250 4x4. That truck has out lasted a lot of vehicles. Truck before that was a 302, F150My 1st car was a 70’s ford F100 with 302 Cleveland and 3 on the tree
