SHTF really happening?

Gas going up and the value of the dollar going down......Pres is out campaigning and congress is on Vacation..... Fed says we have like 8 days of money left. Could get a little touchy round here in the next few days.
If nothing happens, then I've got stuff that I would have even if I wasn't a prepper. Knowing that I could provide for my son and wife gives me a sense of security I wouldn't have otherwise. It's not just about the end of the world. I know my family will have food if I lost my job, etc.
Yeah so much stuff can be used for everyday use and just keep restocking. It is never bad to have a little set aside for a rainy day.
Prepare,but I will say a lot of people selling survival supplies or just people who are generally miserable will tell you the end is near. I don't think you will ever need it,but it can"t hurt to have it.
Yeah thats what I think. Most of it has a long shelf life anyway!!!hahaha
Well...I'm not expecting a house fire anytime soon, but because I have a kitchen and a fireplace I keep a fire extinguisher around....just saying.
